1. Regardless of your area of study, as a student you’re sure to be confronted with boring reading—drily written, prissy-sounding details that aren’t tied together in any meaningful way. This is unavoidable.

2. Online Learning has a lot of blogs devoted to it. A lot of blogs; a lot of things to read or not read. As it turns out, not very many of the online learning blogs are consistently interesting, and

3. None of them are consistently funny.

These three things being the case, we were kind of handed our raison d’être by way of what’s lacking elsewhere:

• Be interesting – at least more often than not.
• Be funny – in equal measure.
• Don’t be all prissy-sounding.
